It's Go Time!

Founded in 2022, under the Starke Football® coaching system, California Sabers is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to developing and mentoring 7v7 football athletes in Southern California, which consists of athletes working their way to become California’s top recruits. With local and regional tournament teams, we compete with one goal in mind, provide a platform to develop and create opportunities.

Our organization was founded and built to provide a platform that offers young athletes opportunities to improve their skills and their build confidence, as they prepare for the next level in their career and life. This is all done while positioning our athletes for potentially scouting exposure to have football as their vehicle to a paid college education. This is all done with the focus on developing elite students, athletes and leaders.

As of 2023, Sabers football competes on a local and regional level with a drive for national competition. In additional we educate our student-athletes and their families on NCAA Academic Eligibility requirements and one way we educate is through college campus visits.

We are committed to our athletes both on and off the field. And we are driven by the process it takes to becoming our best. So we train our student-athletes to become elite on the field while mentoring and assisting our athletes to become elite in the classroom and community. This includes assisting our athletes with the college recruiting process and preparation for the next level.

We are a staff of former professional and college football athletes, who are very passionate and committed to doing our best to honestly prove to each of our athletes that we are here for them and will do everything we can to maximize them as a player as well as a human.
